STUDIO SAMPLE SELECTION
Firstly, make an appointment. Bring a trusted friend or famiy member. Have a cup of tea and a biscuit or two, whilst discussing what you want. Then have a good look at our range of vintage wedding dresses - and try some of them on. You then choose your favourite and we set about creating toiles (quick samples) and ultimately your dress. It's as simple as that!

A service which enables any bride, irrespective of size or shape, to have a custom made vintage dress. We will help you choose the style and era which is most flattering for your shape. And help you select fabrics - vintage or modern, which are most appropriate for the design.

Vyn Johns - vintage, bridal, couture was borne out of friends’ sheer frustration when they were unable to find a vintage wedding dress which fitted – without substantial re-working. And was in ‘good-enough’ condition for that special day.
The company enables the ‘lover of vintage’ bride to either choose from sample dresses in the show room – perhaps adding or taking away a detail here and there to maintain originality and/or improve suitability, or choose a design from the archive of patterns – which is made up and fitted to the bride irrespective of her size or shape.
